Silver Sands Court in Bembridge, Isle of Wight is a newly constructed retirement complex. The site consists of 40 one and two bed retirement apartments.

This was a particularly challenging project due to its location. Project planning and a well organised procurement schedule were essential for both achieving construction programme dates and avoiding increasing transport costs for both contractor and client.

A real team effort which involved various members, including accommodation and travel management on a weekly basis.
